Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EtsyFetcher Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Laodikeia ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EtsyFetcher is a browser extension that helps users collect and export publicly available review data from Etsy listing pages. The Service includes a free tier and a paid PRO subscription with additional features.

2. Account

You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for all activity under your EtsyFetcher account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

PRO subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page.

• You may cancel at any time from the extension Settings page.
• After cancellation, PRO access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of Etsy's terms or applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service in violation of third-party rights
• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Review content displayed through the Service belongs to its respective owners (Etsy sellers and reviewers).

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of scraped data, or compatibility with future Etsy page changes. Use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
